My name is Mark, and as you might have guessed, I’m the author of this blog.

I’m an engineer who likes order, rythm, patterns, structure.  But I also have a bit of a creative side that reminds me to enjoy some chaos and spontaneity, as long as it’s planned for. 😉

I’m a husband to an amazing wife, and father to three beautiful children.

I mostly spend time with my family (blood and spiritual), but still find a little time to pick at the guitar or read a good book.

I love Jesus.

I’m part of a church in Gainesville, FL.  We all try to love Jesus together, and love each other, too.  We’re not big on labels, but if pressed we would say we are an “organic church“.

This blog is just a way for me to journal, think out loud, reflect, and share some thoughts I have as I seek to experience Christ here in this world.  I read a lot, so I plan to put up some book reviews as well.

I hope you find it of some benefit.  If so, please feel free to leave a comment, introduce yourself, and pass it along to others.

Thanks for stopping by!
